  • Your submission of any content or data to the Website, including lead information or communications that are false, misleading, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.

7.2 Defense and Control

We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims. You may not settle any claim without our prior written consent unless such settlement releases all claims against the Indemnified Parties without admission of liability or fault.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the relationship between you and Digital Consulting Group, LLC, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to any conflict of laws principles.

9.2 Jurisdiction and Venue

You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Digital Consulting Group, LLC arising from or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado. You hereby irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction, including objections based on forum non conveniens.
